All deliveries are handled by our specialist flooring couriers, ensuring your new flooring arrives to your home on time, and in perfect condition, guaranteed.
Delivery will take from 3 working days of the order being placed before 12pm, provided that the stock is held in our warehouse or locally. In a hurry for your floor? In some cases we can deliver next day - call us for more information.
Please allow extra time for your delivery - we recommend you book installation after one of our team has been in touch to confirm your delivery date.
If we need to bring in your flooring direct from the manufacturer, please allow slightly longer, for example products that are coming from Associated Weavers and in some cases Balta.
Delivery is to ground floor location (access permitting), and provided by a one-man delivery service.
If access is difficult, a curb-side delivery will be done.
We will always contact you and confirm the delivery date with you in advance to avoid any surprises and ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, simply select the desired date on the 'Delivery Date' calendar when confirming your order. We will do our utmost so that you receive your goods on a date specified by you where possible.
Our delivery rates are currently;
Where multiple items such as; grass, carpet, laminate, samples, underlay and door plates are added to your basket, you will only ever be charged once for delivery, which will be the flat rate nationwide delivery charge at £49.
We deliver Monday to Friday, but where a weekend delivery is required, please contact us and we would be happy to help organise this for you.
