Uzin KE49 6kg High Temp Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a
specialist, high-performance solution for demanding vinyl and LVT
installations, available now at carpetsandmore.co.uk. Designed for environments
where temperature, traffic and long-term durability matter, KE49 works as both
a high-temperature (HT) and pressure sensitive (PS) adhesive, giving
professional installers the flexibility to achieve a strong, stable bond even
in challenging conditions.
Ideal for homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl floor
coverings in both sheets and tiles, Uzin KE49 is also perfectly suited to
modern LVT installations. It performs exceptionally well on absorbent, levelled
subfloors with suitable cohesive strength, and it can also be used on dense
substrates—such as coatings or surfaces prepared with UZIN KR 410—when
installed using the double drop method. This makes it a dependable choice for a
wide variety of commercial and residential subfloor scenarios, from renovation projects
to high-spec new builds.
KE49 is suitable for use over warm water underfloor heating
systems, supporting comfortable, contemporary interiors without compromising
adhesive performance. It is also engineered for castor wheel exposure in line
with DIN EN 12 529 (from 1mm levelling compound thickness), making it a great
fit for offices, clinics, education spaces and retail environments where
rolling loads are common. For added practicality in maintained spaces, it is
suitable for wet shampooing and spray extraction cleaning in accordance with RAL
991 A2, helping floors stay secure even where routine deep cleaning is
required.
One of the standout benefits of Uzin KE49 is its ability to be used like a contact adhesive, providing strong initial grab and installation control. It’s also recommended for areas exposed to extreme temperatures when the floorcovering is installed using a wet or semi-dry method, making it a smart choice for sun-exposed spaces, temperature-variable zones and other demanding locations. Delivery is to direct ground floor (access permitting), and provided by a one-man delivery service. If access is difficult, a curb-side delivery will be done.
Please note, drivers may need assistance for larger orders. The driver will contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival in most cases.
Delivery will take from 3 working days of the order being placed before 12pm. Deliveries are Monday-Friday. Next Day Delivery is available on most artificial grass & underlay orders.
